ik denk dat de mensen die ook dit probleem hebben of misschien gaan krijgen ook graag de oplossing willen weten

It is no secret and it is known long time ago. Windows enforces driver signature. Which is not available for opcom. Therefore you need to disable driver signature enforcement, lots of youtube tutorials on that (windows 8 and 7). Once the protection is removed, driver can be installed without problems.
