have now, at last, fitted my Ascona B with electric power steering from a right-hand drive Corsa B. But it doesn’t function properly; after a bend, the steering wheel jerkily moves and doesn’t come back to the straight-ahead position. Is there anyone who has dealt with this before? What might be the reason? Or did I just purchase a faulty item and now I need to hunt for a replacement? These are currently difficult to locate; does anyone know where I could look? Warm regards.
