Heavy bag training forms the backbone of many combat sport regimens; however, with the repetitive impact, it puts wear and tear not only on the bag itself but also on the structure that it hangs from. Heavy bag suspenders offer the most significant advantage by addressing a problem of metal-on-metal abrasive contact. Traditionally, chains or metal clips directly connect the bag to its mount, which means constant friction and grinding during workouts. This friction not only creates annoying noise but also gradually weakens both the chain and the mounting hardware.
