Yesterday my car battery died out and I had to jump start it, i’ve since replaced it but my concern with it be this:

Is it possible my battery somehow got overburdened since i’ve installed a FM transmitter to the cigarette outlet, demanding more power from the battery and that was a contributing factor to it dying out?

It’s never died out on me before yesterday and I’ve had the transmitter for about 5 days now. It’s pretty weird but I wonder if it could have anything to do with the power demand from the transmitter in any way.

Cigerette lighter plug should shutdown power wise when the key is out of the ignition.

Best is to test with a multimeter if there is really a power drainer.

Other question how old is your battery?
If older then 5 years it can break down ;)
