Yes indeed, looks like the same dash, even the newer radio doesn’t fit.

I want that engine and tranny in the link end up in my car,but there are a few problems that i need to solve first:

European cars have a completly diffent steering system, yours is a direcht system witch is much simpler build and it doesnt take as much room as ours and for the extractors/headers it could cause a problem i gues,so i have to find out if i can use the australian steering rack if i use it on the opposside side….

Than i have to find out if the wiring if easy or not.

And what K-frame i need to have, find out if the Aussie radiator from a VB V8 fits a Monza.
I gues it does if there is no diffence in size between the 6 and 8 cylinders only in thickness i mean.

I need to find out if the trottle body can be bolted on the otherway, because my airfilter box is on the otherside than the Australian models…

But wen i get in Australia (Melbourne) the first thing i am going to try is to take a test drive in a V8 EFI and if its not really that powerfull than i hope, than i can better convert my car to a 3.6 12V or 3.0 24V or something else, but i need it daily so its need to be solid and that is what the V8,s are solid…
A 308 with carby is a hell lot cheaper but i hate carby,s and trimatics so i want a decent automatic overdrive transmission like the TH700,and i dont want a manual i dont like shifting gears manual, well for a few its okay but you cant smoke drink whatever if you have to pull the gear stick every few seconds..
