      Hoi ivm een ecu wissel,
Lees ik met op-com een te laag “desired idle speed” uit. 700 tpm
Ik zie geen opties om dit te wijzigen.
wel heb ik gevonden dat dit kan met tech1

      volgens deze procedure..met tech1

      http://workshop-manuals.com/vauxhall/astra-f/j__engine_and_engine_aggregates/fuel_injection_systems/simtec_56/56.1/diagnostic_information_and_procedures/diagnostic_procedures/f6_adjustments_min._des._idle/” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;

      Simtec 56.0/ 56.1 System Modification F6:ADJUSTMENTS

Before the idle speed is adjusted and thus given a fixed value, it is useful if the amount that the engine speed is going to be increased or decreased is known, as once adjustment is completed, communication is broken off and has to be re-established from scratch. If the newly adjusted idle speed does not then suit the requirements, the whole procedure has to be repeated.

It is simpler to first establish the desired idle speed increase or decrease using the “engine speed” test described in “F8: ECU control”, and then program this fixed value using the adjustment procedure described below.

      Ignition ON

      Engine OFF

Press key F6 in the main menu, select the desired test using the arrow keys and confirm with YES. Follow the instructions in the TECH 1 display.

If adjustment is commenced while the engine is running, the two TECH 1 displays on the right will appear immediately after one another, requesting that the mechanic perform the same actions twice.

The two displays appear for the first time before adjustment, to ensure that adjustment is performed with the engine OFF. The displays appear for the second time after adjustment, which only lasts for a few milliseconds, to reinitialise the system. If communication between TECH 1 and the control unit is interrupted between the two displays, the ignition should be switched on again immediately.

      Note:

It is possible to change the idle speed in the range from 704 to 1008 rpm using the arrow keys:

      · Arrow key up: engine speed increases in steps of 16 rpm

      · Arrow key down: engine speed decreases in steps of 16 rpm

The set idle speed is confirmed with “ENTER”.

When the ignition is switched off and on again after programming, the new idle speed is stored in the EEPROM.

      STOP ENGINE

      TURN OFF

      IGNITION

      TURN ON

      IGNITION

If the display on the right appears after adjustment is completed, adjustment was successful. The engine should then be started and the relevant data list parameter (engine speed) selected at idle speed. The displayed idle speed must correspond to the adjusted value.

If, however, the display on the right appears after adjustment, a fault has occurred during adjustment. The following measures should be carried out consecutively:

      MIN.DESIRED IDLE

      UPDATE

      SUCCESSFUL!

      · Read out trouble codes

      · Repeat programming

      · Perform TECH 1 self-test

      · Check TECH 1 cable for damaged insulation and shielding

      · Repeat programming with new control unit

      MIN.DESIRED IDLE

      UPDATE

      FAILED!

Wie zou mij hier mee kunnen helpen in de omgeving Nijmegen.

      :D
