Rear Camera for 2016 Astra K

Hi Everyone,

I recently bought an 2016, Astra K, 1.4. It has the IntelliLink System but doesn't have the rear camera installed.

I checked with Opel and they want €600 for the camera and labour. Does anyone know where else I can get this fitted for a cheaper price.

Without VCI code from the dealer, you will never get it active working. So you will go back to them, guaranteed.
 
Thanks for the feedback and advice. I think I will just get it done at the dealer to avoid any hassles.

don't need a vci code, just reprogram the radio en hmi module, en set the rear camera on yes.
 
Looks like you've seen that done before, I didn't. Is that to be done by SPS with GM MDI/MDI2, connected to tis2web (or equivalent french thing)?
 
yes built one in a astra sportstourer 2017. i work at the dealer so i used tis2web and than sps with mdi2
