Astra Z22SE slaat niet aan.

Heb van de week de motor van m'n Astra G(2004) vervangen, omdat de oude een rot onderblok had(zo gekocht)



Nou heb ik de complete kabelboom van de oude motor overgezet op de ''nieuwe'' i.v.m EGR aansturing etc.



Nu wil het geval dat de motor niet wil aanslaan(gaat wel mooi rond) ventilator gaat ook meteen draaien zodra je het contact aan zet.



Nu heb ik geprobeerd de motor computer uit te lezen(met de opcom) alleen kom ik daar niet in, in de koelmodule kan ik soms wel foutcodes uitlezen maar soms maakt ie maar voor een paar seconden contact.



Nou heb ik de immobiliser uitgelezen en daar komen 2 fouten uit: B3040 communicatie op W lijn en B3059 geen motor aanvraag ontvangen.



Dit zou kunnen betekenen dat de motor ECU is overleden, of de voedingen en/of massa's niet goed zijn(volgens google) nu was mijn vraag heeft iemand een schema of weet iemand waar ik moet meten voor voedingen of massa's.



Motor ECU is wel open geweest i.v.m een afgebroken pinnetje(ligt nu een draadje buiten om)
 
Ja, TIS heb ik nog wel ergens alleen kreeg ik het toen niet werkend(draai windows 7) heb het toen der tijd geprobeerd met VMware player.
 
Nou heb TIS aan de gang, maar kan niet vinden wat ik wil weten de pin bezetting van connector X77 en X78 die op de motor ECU gaan.

X77:19 +12V to ground with ignition ON

X77:20 +12V to ground always

Connector 1P ground measure to ground 0-4 ohms
 
I wanna know from wich pins on the X77 and X78 connector the ecu needs feed or ground signal.



So i can check if i have good feeds and grounds then i know if is the ECU thats broken or a broken wire
 
I modified the post above, however I am not sure what 1P in TIS means for ground, must be a pin/connector at the ECU.

Only 1P is a bit strange then.



Edit: i think in know there is one cable that goes on the ECU's mounting bolt and thats a ground wire.
 
Yes, you are correct, it is the bolt on the ECU, one sec I will post a picture.







Check fuses F3.46 and F2. Anything else?
 
One question do you know what pin 30 does on the X77 connector



And Are there not any feed lines on the x78 connector or 77?
 
Pin 30 is an ECU Output with - towards relay K18 coil, relay K18 giving +12V to a lot of things on the engine (injectors, etc).



I do not understand second question, feed lines are on X77, as I write above, nothing on X78.
 
At half 2003 there was a change in the wiring, pin A of the spark coil got ignition on +12V from fuse F3.46. But I cannot tell what kind of wiring you have, if all ok, you need to have this +12V on pin A spark coil.



There is no other power supply or ground to X78.
 
My car is from 2004 and i used the loom of that car.



But fuse 3.46 is from pin 19 on x77 connector for so far i can see?



I cannot find anything of a spark coil with 12V do you mean the ignition coil?
 
Fuse 3.46 outputs 2 wires to engine Z22SE, one wire to X77 pin 19 and after 2003 1/2 one wire to ignition coil pin A. You really need to have the diagrams from TIS, print them.
