Astra G Z16XE geeft P1405 melding

Een collega van me krijgt een P1405 melding bij zijn Astra G Z16XE uit 2001.

EGR is al vervangen met de "cheater" pakking maar hij krijgt nog steeds de melding terug.

Heeft iemand een idee wat dit zou kunnen zijn? Voordat hij nog meer dingen onnodig gaat vernieuwen.

P1405 :

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor Circuit High

Following trouble codes not stored: P1620

Exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer voltage is greater than 4.75 V

(Short circuit to voltage)

Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 5 s .

Effect:



Exhaust gas recirculation valve is switched off



Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor Circuit Low

Following trouble codes not stored: P1620

Exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer voltage is less than 0.15 V

(Short circuit to ground or circuit interruption)

Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 5 s .

Effect:



Exhaust gas recirculation valve is switched off
